Kim Randolph
Owner, Director of Recruiting
Location: Kent, WA
Kim Randolph is a Washington native and graduated from University of Washington with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Shortly after she became a Recruiting Assistant at a Bellevue technical staffing agency and never left the recruiting industry for the past 25+ years. After launching the Seattle Accounting/Finance division for Harvey Nash and building it into a 5M division she left to become a founder of Rylem. Rylem was a Seattle based staffing company that provided Acct/Finance and technology professionals with an internal staff of 25 and 20M revenue. She owned Rylem for 10 years and as the Director of Recruiting she built a substantial recruiting and sourcing division, training over 100 recruiting professionals. She sold her shares in Rylem in 2017 to focus on family and do some intriguing consulting work for CFO Selections and Executive Recruiting for Alaska Air. Kim joined Pikemann in 2020 as a Partner and is enjoying again the energy and excitement of building a staffing company that truly focuses on integrity and helping people’s careers in any way possible. Kim resides in Lake Tapps, WA with her husband and 4 daughters. She loves traveling, boating, water sports, skiing, and the Seahawks!
Becky Pike
Owner, Director of Business Development
Becky has been a Key Business development partner at a variety of staffing companies for over ten years. Becky built her career in Staffing at Rylem and after being promoted several times throughout divisions of the company she landed in Business Development. Becky quickly became the number one performer in the company winning numerous awards and Presidents Club trips. Becky cares about the companies and hiring managers she supports. She prides herself on truly partnering with companies she works with and doing everything she can to consult and solve business challenges with the placing the right talent quickly. Becky is a mother of 4 and resides in Lake Tapss, WA, where she cherishes her time on the lake and loves spending time with family and friends.
Guy Rosman
Owner, CFO
Guy is a Washington Native and graduated from Eastern WA University with his degree in Biotechnology and minor in Math and Chemistry. He started his career in BioTech as a Technical Scientist at ICOS. After a very successful 15 years in this industry, he craved nourishing his entrepreneurial spirit and desired a change. Guy was a founding member of Rylem LLC. He was responsible for bringing Rylem together and all operations thereof. During his tenure there, he was responsible for all Human Resources and Accounting for the 20M organization. His departure was for personal reasons but has returned to staffing to grow a company that can provide consulting services on a much more integrated level. He is also the co-Founder in a variety of companies such as Welcome Ramp Systems, Ramps to You, Innovations in Agriculture and 132nd Constructs. Guy resides in Washington with his family and enjoys growing businesses, spending time with family and traveling.
Paul Taylor
Senior Recruiter
Seasoned recruiting professional, specializing in Accounting & Finance placements for over 15 years. Paul enjoys matching talented individuals with diverse teams to complete company objectives. He likes to consult with professionals on career moves that provide paths to career goals and consult with organizations to find solutions to staffing issues. Paul is an Avid sports fan, movie, and music lover, who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Nina Wong
Recruiter
Nina started at Pikemann with an intent to help people. She believes that there is an opportunity for everyone, and that everyone deserves an opportunity. Nina has a background in leadership, upskilling, and mentorship; and uses it intently with each individual that she works with. Becoming a Recruiter was the obvious next step in her career path, and she enjoys having the chance to help people and provide a meaningful service.
Nina is a veteran with the United States Army and has had the pleasure of traveling the world and the US. Originally from Hawai’i, she currently resides in Washington state with her family. She enjoys traveling, live music, and a good dive restaurant. Cheers to changing lives, promoting progression, and being an avid supporter of growth!
Manisha Devi
Recruiter
Manisha is originally from the Fiji Islands where she lived for 10 years before moving to Seattle, WA. Manisha started her career in banking performing various roles and providing excellent customer service. She joined Pikemann in 2021 as a recruiting assistant and was quickly promoted into a Recruiter. Manisha may come across as quiet but don’t let her fool you, she will fight to get you the best job possible. She values communication and transparency with the candidate that she represents. Manisha enjoys spending time with her family and her adorable mini goldendoodle, Champ.
Alistair Blake
Recruiter
Alistair Blake is a NY State licensed psychotherapist with extensive experience with children, adolescents and families, college students, and populations with severe and persistent mental illness. He is currently on the Washington CASA Association Board of Directors.
Alistair served as Program Director for Brooklyn Community Services, where he developed and implemented treatment in outpatient programs and drove cross-agency collaboration. Previous roles included managing clinical and administrative program operations as Assistant Program Director at Child Center of NY and supervising clinical and administrative staff, and providing individual and group psychotherapy to students as Clinical Manager of Silver School of Arts and Sciences at NYU’s Student Health Center.
Alistair also had a private practice for 13 years, served as Adjunct Faculty and Lecturer for NYU’s Silver School of Social Work, and was an adviser for a program in NY where he oversaw Robert Wood Johnson Foundation grant recipients for civic tech and community health projects.
Alistair earned his Masters of Clinical Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work and his BA from the University at Albany. A passion to further explore social determinants of health led Alistair to more recently explore technical recruiting since technology is an upstream factor that influences community health. Alistair currently resides in WA State with his family and enjoys kayaking in his free time.
